Diamond dressing roller is a high efficient dressing tool for molded grinding wheels, especially used for dressing complex surface or high precision molding surface of grinding wheel. There are electroplating and sintering producing methods to make the dressing roller. 

Feature:

1. High production efficiency, long lifetime, low dressing cost for single component.
2. Can ensure the components’ precision and the stability of roughness in a long time, greatly lower the defective rate.
3. Simple structure of the dressing device with low switching frequency can reduce the burden of operator. 

Application:
Widely used for dressing the grinding wheels for processing screw of steering gear, universal joint, valve, bearing inner and outer raceway, camshaft, crankshaft and connecting rods and so on.

Different cutting types:

Disadvantage The roller has the same shape with its work piece, so it can’t process tools with other shapes Disadvantage Compared with rip cutting, It takes longer time on dressing, but its speed is 2-4 times of single point dresser.
